Complete a broad role in an established SME and ensure effective results Your new company
This role is set within a privately owned business in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne where you will be required to join a small team as an SME finance officer, whose responsibility is to complete a broad set of work that is then passed up to the General Manager. You will complete a varied set of duties that are crucial to the daily operations of the company and become a valuable member of the team.
Your new role
This is a broad role where your work will be completed with accuracy and reliability before handing information to the General Manager. There is scope to add more to the role over time.Journals, reconciliations and statements

• End of Month preparation
• Banking and payment allocations.
• Completing payroll for a small team.
• Assisting with project costing information
• Quarterly reconciliation and reimbursements
• Transactional work such as AP and AR

Previous experience with SME companiesAbility to complete multiple tasks and work closely with others.Be efficient and reliableUse of systems such as MYOBGood communication skillsStrong day-to-day finance skills
