Responsibilities- Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct deep-dive analysis on peer performance and market trends to identify threats and white-space opportunities.
- Growth Initiatives: Evaluate new market entries and Bancassurance and brokerage partnerships through rigorous financial modeling and business case development.
- KPI Orchestration: Define and track critical insurance metrics
- Executive Reporting: Prepare strategic presentations and materials for the senior management to facilitate high-level decision-making.
- Governance: Ensure all strategic initiatives comply with regulatory standards
- Digital Strategy: Drive InsurTech adoption and digital transformation projects to enhance customer acquisition and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree holder
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience gained from large Insurance companies
- Fluency in Cantonese and English, and preferably Mandarin
