In this role, you will drive strategic planning, unlock new partnership opportunities, turn complex analysis into clear direction, and deliver data-driven insights that influence top-level decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive overall partnership strategy, business plans, and new partnership opportunities.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and sales target-setting processes.
• Deliver timely management and performance reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Analyze revenue and expense performance to uncover trends and identify business growth opportunities.
• Monitor market developments and collect insights from sales, customers, and research to support strategic decision-
• Design and manage sales incentive schemes while ensuring compliance with budget and internal controls.
• Communicate business direction effectively across teams to align expectations and support staff engagement.

Requirements

• University degree with 10+ years' experience in insurance/financial services, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Strong background in financial analysis, management reporting, and strategic planning.
• Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights and propose innovative, growth-focused solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling, data analysis, and presentations.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
