About Our Client I am partnering with a leading, forward-thinking insurer who is aggressively expanding their digital innovation capabilities. They are actively seeking a strategic-minded Analyst / Senior Analyst to join their Digital Strategy & Transformation team and spearhead their latest Generative AI initiatives.

The Role This is a high-visibility, high-impact position. You will serve as the crucial bridge between business units and technology teams, playing a central role in integrating cutting-edge AI solutions to drive productivity, automate complex processes, and elevate the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value GenAI use cases.
• Workflow Design: Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable technical requirements. You will design workflows that seamlessly integrate GenAI, low-code automation, and existing enterprise systems.
• Feasibility & Risk Assessment: Evaluate proposed AI initiatives by carefully balancing potential business impact against technical complexity, data readiness, and regulatory risk.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary anchor between business and tech teams, ensuring complete alignment on project scope, assumptions, and expected deliverables.
• End-to-End Delivery: Champion AI projects through their entire lifecycle-from initial ideation and prototyping through to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development, full rollout, and post-implementation optimization.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 4-6 years of demonstrated success in business analysis, digital transformation, or driving technology-enabled projects.
• Core Skills: Exceptional capabilities in requirement gathering (elicitation) and complex process mapping.
• AI Expertise: A solid grasp of Generative AI concepts and a track record of applying them practically within enterprise business workflows.
• Tech Stack: Working knowledge of the Microsoft M365 GenAI suite and Power Platform-specifically Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate-is highly advantageous.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in the insurance sector or other heavily regulated industries will make your profile stand out.
