Your new role

• Expense Processing: Review, validate, and process employee expense claims in compliance with company policies.
• Reimbursements: Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement of employee expenses, coordinating with payroll or accounts payable.
• Expense Reporting: Prepare detailed expense reports for management, highlighting trends, anomalies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Policy Compliance: Monitor adherence to corporate expense policies and flag non-compliant submissions for corrective action.
• System Management: Maintain and update expense management systems to streamline workflows.
• Documentation & Recordkeeping: Organize receipts, invoices, and supporting documents for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Tax: Apply tax rules to expense claims and liaise with tax teams.
• Internal Controls: Implement checks to prevent fraud, duplicate claims, or misuse of corporate funds.
• Financial Analysis: Provide insights into expense patterns to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 Years of Expense Management or Expense Processing experience in large-scale firms
• Bachelor's degree
• Exposure to process improvement or automation is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
