A highly reputable boutique professional services firm is seeking a Bookkeeper to join its expanding team. Your new role
As a key point of contact for clients, your responsibilities will include:
Managing client queries and acting as a primary liaison
Processing, invoicing and general bookkeeping support
Preparing end-of-month reporting
Preparing monthly and quarterly BAS returns
Financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and cashflow reporting
Payroll processing, superannuation and EOFY obligations
Supporting client accounting, reporting and compliance needs alongside senior team members
What you'll need to succeed
2-3 years' experience in a public practice accounting firmExperience in management reporting
BAS and payroll processing experience
Proficiency with business clients and exposure across multiple industries
Strong experience using Xero
Formal qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (highly regarded)
Ability to adopt firm technology and applications
