A well-established and growing organisation is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite role, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and take ownership of accounting and administration functions.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including payroll coordination with external providers.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with AASB and IFRS standards; maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and collections analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain quality management systems and assist with audits.
• Provide administrative leadership and support ad-hoc projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting or Business.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting roles.
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Strong knowledge of AASB and IFRS standards.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA) preferred.
• Experience with MYOB Acumatica and Xero desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
